THE OJAI COOK Mayonnaise Editorial Review
**** Customer reception of Lemonaise Light has been widely varied, primarily revolving around its flavor profile and accessibility. Many loyal customers praise its unique light lemony taste, which they say significantly enhances various dishes, from salads and sandwiches to tartar sauce. Several reviewers have expressed their love for the product as a healthier alternative to traditional mayonnaise, noting its distinct sharpness due to the added vinegar and lemon. Given its non-GMO and expeller-pressed qualities, many customers appreciate the ingredient standards, though some have mentioned a desire for an organic version. The flavor has been described as exceptional, making it a must-try for gourmet enthusiasts. However, the reviews are not universally positive. A small segment of customers reported negative experiences with the product's taste and texture, with one individual describing an experience that could be perceived as unsafe, suggesting a possible quality control issue. Furthermore, there are ongoing concerns regarding packaging, specifically the fragility of the glass jars which often arrive damaged. Despite this, the majority of customers remain committed to purchasing Lemonaise Light due to its distinct flavor, though the delivery issue raises some alarm for potential buyers. In summary, while many customers celebrate the culinary value of Lemonaise Light, there are discrepancies in product quality and packaging that could deter some potential users. **
