What is a TYR Pull Float?

A TYR Pull Float is a training tool designed for swimmers to improve their upper body strength and technique. It isolates the legs, allowing athletes to focus on arm strokes, enhancing overall swimming performance. This product is particularly beneficial for triathletes and competitive swimmers aiming to refine their technique. By using the pull float, you can target specific muscle groups while maintaining buoyancy and stability during practice sessions.

How should I use the TYR Pull Float during my swim training?

To use the TYR Pull Float effectively, place it between your thighs and ensure it's secure. This allows you to concentrate on your upper body strokes without the interference of leg movement. Incorporating it into your training can help refine your stroke mechanics, improve paddle strength, and build endurance. A practical scenario would be using it during sets like 4x100m with the float to focus solely on your freestyle technique.

Is the TYR Pull Float suitable for beginners?

Beginners can use it to learn proper arm movements and body position, making swimming more accessible. Additionally, it can assist in building confidence in the water while learners master their stroke mechanics.

What materials are used in the TYR Pull Float?
