Ekster Space Saver Bags EK-VB1-GRY-KIT-AMAZON Editorial Review
The Ekster Travel Pack Vacuum Kit has garnered a diverse range of experiences and opinions from customers, ultimately presenting a blend of strong advantages and notable drawbacks. Customers frequently noted the bags' impressive ability to create significant space in carry-on suitcases, with many stating that they were able to fit substantially more clothing, including bulkier items like sweaters. The accompanying cordless vacuum pump was particularly praised for its ease of use, allowing travelers to compress their garments without the need for a traditional vacuum, a feature that many found exceptional compared to other compression methods. The durability of the material also received positive feedback, as customers appreciated the quality fabric over traditional plastic, which they felt was prone to ripping. Users often reported that the vacuum held its charge well through multiple uses, making it a reliable choice for longer trips. However, there were persistent concerns regarding the performance of the bags. Some users encountered issues with the bags reinflating after compression, raising doubts about the integrity of the seals. Additionally, several customers expressed disappointment regarding the performance in wrinkle prevention, stating that clothes emerged from the bags needing steaming or ironing. The general sentiment about the pricing was mixed; while many acknowledged the quality and utility of the product, others deemed it overpriced for what it delivered. In summary, the Ekster Travel Pack Vacuum Kit is ideal for efficient packing and is particularly beneficial for travelers looking to maximize space. However, customers should be prepared for the potential need for additional garment care upon arrival and weigh the high cost against their performance. **
