KNOG Bike Bells KNG0012126 Editorial Review
The Knog Oi Luxe Cycling Bell has generated a mixed reception among users, with many praising its stylish design and functional attributes, while others raise concerns regarding its volume. The Luxe version specifically addresses some of the durability issues experienced with previous iterations, boasting a metal striker that produces a pleasant and resonant sound. This bell's compact design is another advantage, making it particularly suitable for those with limited handlebar space. Users appreciate the installation process, often finding it straightforward—a plus for those who value ease of use. However, users are encouraged to experiment with the mounting orientation to avoid sound-deadening from cables. While the bell is effective in quieter environments like trails or neighborhoods, many note that it may not be sufficiently loud for busier urban settings. The sound may resemble an iPhone notification, sometimes leaving pedestrians unsure about the source, which could require users to ring it twice for clarity. Overall, the Knog Oi Luxe Cycling Bell seems to cater best to those seeking aesthetic appeal and reasonable functionality for casual use rather than robust signaling in densely populated areas. **
