Card Imaging Identification Badges 89640 Editorial Review
The Fargo HDP5000e Dual Side Retransfer Card Printer has garnered a varied reception among users, highlighting distinct differences in experience and satisfaction. On one hand, many users are enthusiastic about the printer's performance, emphasizing its ease of use, high print quality, and reliable functionality. Customers appreciated its user-friendly design and seamless operation without issues such as card jamming. For those using it for basic identification or badge printing, the 600 dpi resolution appears satisfactory, delivering clear and vibrant prints. Conversely, some users express frustration regarding the printer's performance, particularly when it comes to printing complex images or photographs. Reports of poor print quality, such as blurred and color-managed images, caused significant dissatisfaction, particularly in time-sensitive situations like trade shows. Additionally, the criticism of customer support being slow to respond has further marred some users' experiences, indicating a gap in service for troubleshooting and technical assistance. Overall, while the printer appeals to users with straightforward printing needs and a good understanding of its capabilities, those requiring higher-quality image reproduction or expecting responsive customer service may find it lacking. **
