    Answer: Yes, it would work, as long as the order is filled correctly. A friend ordered the same one and received a child size version in error.

    Answer: Hi. If I remember correctly, it ties around the waist.

    Answer: No. I think it is only for kids. I purchased it last year for my 2nd grader a size 8 in little girls and it fit her with a few inches left in the waist.

    Answer: Its made for adults. However it might work better for a 10 year old as you can wrap it around twice since its not nearly as full as the picture. Seals with velcro.
