Nutritionist's Take
The Select-A-Vision SAV Sunglass Readers - SSR02 is primarily a vision care product rather than a nutritional item. Nutritionists emphasize the importance of safeguarding eye health as part of overall wellness. These sunglasses provide UV protection, which is crucial for preventing long-term eye damage. However, there are no direct nutritional benefits or ingredient quality concerns associated with this eyewear. Potential drawbacks may include discomfort for those with specific vision correction needs if the prescription is not accurate. While not a dietary product, maintaining good vision aids in promoting healthier lifestyle choices, such as being more active outdoors. Thus, while the sunglasses themselves don't fit traditional nutrition criteria, they contribute to overall eye health, which is an important aspect of holistic health.
