CORE Cots 40361 Editorial Review
The CORE Folding Camping Cot is garnering significant praise from customers for its durability, robust Construction, and ease of setup. Designed primarily for car camping and glamping, this cot has a commendable weight capacity of 300 lbs, making it suitable for heavier users without compromising comfort or strength. Reviewers Consistently highlight the cot's ability to remain stable and squeak-free, even under significant weight. This solid design is complemented by convenient features such as a removable bedside table with locking sides and a mesh gear loft for storage, which enhances the camping experience by providing accessible areas for items like drinks or small belongings. The assembly is lauded as simple and intuitive—simply unfold the cot and lock it into place, which stands in stark contrast to many other camping cots that require more cumbersome setups. While the cot is favored for its firmness, some users recommend adding a sleeping pad for improved comfort, particularly to combat cold and prevent any sagging sensation. However, potential users should note that the cot is quite hefty, weighing around 20 lbs, which limits its portability for backpacking trips. Some reviews mention difficulties in repacking the cot into its carry bag, although the bag itself is noted for being sturdily Constructed and adequately sized. Overall, customers appreciate the quality and durability of the CORE cot, with many Considering it a worthwhile investment for camping and even as an occasional extra bed for home guests. **
