Answer: Nice cream, it does lessen the appearance of wrinkles and dry skin and seems to firm up the skin. But I cannot say that it lifts or tightens droopy eyelids. I am old, so I don’t think anything would help that short of plastic surgery. But maybe for younger eyes it would help. -
