Ohio Stoneware Fermenters 11655 Editorial Review
The Ohio Stoneware 1 Gallon Crock Weights are a must-have for any homemade sauerkraut or fermented food enthusiast. They are heavy and real stone, which allows for easy cleaning and effective preservation of food by keeping everything submerged in brine. However, there are mixed reviews on the size of the weights.
