SCUBAPRO Diving Gloves 58.153.300 Editorial Review
The Scubapro Everflex Gauntlet Dive Glove, 5mm, has garnered a largely positive reception among divers, particularly for its ability to keep hands warm in chilly waters. Customers have highlighted the gloves' snug fit, true-to-size Construction, and effective thermal insulation, making them ideal for colder conditions—especially noted in dive sites such as Monterey, CA and Maine. Divers reported maintaining comfortable warmth in water temperatures as low as 12°C (53°F) and praised the gloves for their excellent sealing capability with wetsuits. The gloves feature a textured palm and fingers, which enhance grip during underwater activities. However, it is acknowledged that the thickness of the gloves can reduce dexterity, a trade-off that many users seem willing to accept Considering the warmth provided. Users did point out a few drawbacks, including issues with durability during commercial diving settings and challenges with Velcro sticking to the gloves, which can complicate adjustments to buoyancy control devices underwater. In summary, the Scubapro Everflex Gauntlet Dive Gloves deliver on warmth, fit, and grip for divers, making them a recommended choice for cold-water diving, albeit with Considerations regarding long-term wear and dexterity. **
