IDW Board Games 850IDW Editorial Review
The Fire and Axe game has had mixed reviews. While the game is described as great fun once set up, there are notable issues with the packaging of the ships - with broken masts and glue residue reported. Despite these setbacks, many have praised the game's engaging nature and production quality, commending the components and well-written rules. However, some have expressed disappointment with the colors of the text, finding it difficult to read in low light. The game is compared to Monopoly in terms of playtime. Overall, the game seems to offer an engaging experience with some minor packaging concerns.
