Bob Dylan - The 1966 Live Recordings [New CD] Boxed Set is a definitive collection for devoted fans, featuring an extensive 36-disc compilation that captures the essence of Dylan during 1966. While the set showcases primarily the same setlist, most recordings feature good to great quality, reflecting Dylan in top form and offering enough performance variety to keep die-hard fans engaged. However, the last five discs fall short with low-quality amateur recordings that some may find unlistenable. This boxed set is a treasure trove for those who savor the nuances of Dylan’s live performances, despite some critiques regarding track selection and variation in sound quality.
