UnIversal Emergency Parking Brake Cable Complete Kit

In examining the customer experience with this product, it is clear that there is a significant level of frustration among users primarily due to missing parts that are essential for installation. Although some reviewers found success in getting the kit to fit their vehicles, the absence of critical components like metric set screws and rods was a recurring theme. This has led to delays in installation and additional trips to hardware stores, turning what should have been a straightforward installation process into a more cumbersome one. Many customers highlighted the convenience they expected from a "universal" kit, but they quickly discovered that the parts were not as interchangeable as advertised. This mismatch caused dissatisfaction and disappointment, especially among those who had already invested in the product based on its claimed compatibility. Communication with the seller has also been unsatisfactory as numerous customers reported no response to their inquiries regarding the missing components. On a positive note, some users did manage to complete the installation successfully, indicating that when all parts are available, the kit does function reasonably well for certain vehicle models. However, the overall sentiment leans heavily toward dissatisfaction, primarily due to the hassle of missing parts and the misleading nature of the product's descriptions. **
