Optronics Waterproof LED Combination Tail Light- Left (STL17RB) - Single

The Optronics Waterproof LED Combination Tail Light (Left) has garnered a mixed reception among customers. Users have praised the light for its perfect OEM look, straightforward installation process, and functional performance once installed. The tail light appears to enhance the aesthetics of trailers significantly, providing a sleek and modern appearance that many appreciate. However, some customers have expressed frustration with specific aspects of the product. A recurring issue noted is the shortness of the wires, which are Considered barely usable by some users, leading to inconvenience during installation. There is also confusion regarding the left-tail light being suitable only for the driver's side, with buyers highlighting the importance of reading product descriptions thoroughly to avoid purchasing the wrong part. Unfortunately, the customer service experience leaves much to be desired, as multiple users reported dissatisfaction regarding the return policy, specifically that returns are only accepted within 30 days, despite the product having a lifetime warranty. This aspect seems to create a sense of mistrust among buyers seeking product support. In summary, while the Optronics Waterproof LED Combination Tail Light offers excellent aesthetics and functionality, potential buyers should be cautious about wire length, clarify compatibility for their specific trailer needs, and carefully read the return policy before purchase. **
