What are the dimensions of each pan? (Diameter and height)
Answer: 2 1/2 is 7 1/2 inches across 4 inches deep. Larger 9 inches across and 4 inches deep. I also got a full set of pots and pans. I really like them, BE SURE TO SEASON THEM. Instructions with pots. -

are these safe for ceramic radiant glass cooktops?
Answer: Yes, the Essentials range is compatible with all cooktops except for induction. -

What is the maximum oven temperature for this set?
Answer: The nonstick pans are oven-safe to 500F. The glass lids are oven-safe to 350F. -
Question:
Is nonstick coating Teflon ?
Answer: No the coating is not Teflon. Our nonstick cookware is also tested more strictly and frequently than required by food contact regulations to assure there is no detectable migration of lead, cadmium or soluble PFAS, including PFOA and PFOS. -
Question:
Does this set have the steel metalcrafters plate at the bottom?
Answer: No, it is smooth (same as the sides) with the logo engraved in the center. -
Question:
Is a regular cast iron skillet or a pre-seasoned one a better choice?
Answer: I would think not. Cast Iron cannot be used on ceramic stoves. Also, cast iron is really heavy in weight compared to the All Clad cookware. I have All Clad non-stick as my primary cookware but I do have a cast iron skillet for braising, frying, under high temperature. The All Clad non-stick is much easier to clean than cast iron. -

Do the pot lids fit any of the frying pans in this set?
Answer: I didn’t get the set with the frying pan -
Question:
Why did this set go from $400 to $670?
Answer: Because it is such a great set now you see one price drop and now you don’t as simple as that . Next time it’s sold for 399.00 do not hesitate a saving just buy it -

this set shows when i search "induction cookware sets". Why is that???????
Answer: Not sure. I believe these are anodized aluminum, so they are good on basically anything except induction.
