Exmate Battery Packs PS6V Editorial Review
**** The Exmate 6V Ni-MH/Ni-Cd Battery Charger has received a mixed reception from customers, with several users highlighting critical concerns about performance and compatibility. While some customers express satisfaction with the charger's functionality—stating it works seamlessly with their batteries—others have reported alarming issues regarding its output voltage. A notable portion of feedback indicates that the charger does not produce the expected 6V output. Instead, users measured a dangerously high output between 24V and 25V, which leads to overheating batteries and sparks safety concerns. Moreover, another recurring issue is that the charger does not fit neatly into the designated Paslode tool box, a factor that many customers found inconvenient. This has been a common complaint that leads users to suggest that potential buyers should be aware of the incompatibility before making a purchase. Overall, while some customers find the Exmate charger to work adequately, the adoption of precautionary measures is strongly advised due to the output discrepancies and safety concerns raised by multiple reviewers. **
