It is adjustable and provides two cookie sizes: yielding 35-40 small cookies and 20-25 large cookies. The parts that touch the dough are made of aluminum, and the lever is made of stainless steel. The press body, the end caps, the handle and the dies are aluminum and the insert at the top is plastic. In general, customers had a positive experience with this product, noting that it was well-made, sturdy and easy to use. However, there were some issues with missing discs and concerns about the use of lead and nickel in the materials.
