Answer: depends on number of passes and carbon content in base, but typically 1 pass yields 52-56 Rc and 2 passes yields 53-57 -

Do you have 0.030 inch diameter wire?
Answer: The Blue Demon that I purchased is .035 inch diameter. Your welding machines feed rollers should be easily adjusted for the .035 inch diameter wire. -
