Question:
how deep a hole to dig?
Answer: I would highly recommend taking the extra effort to concrete the sleeve into the ground. -

what all comes with the kit? do i need to purchase more clips for a 2nd and 3rd flag?
Answer: The clips that come with the kit are plastic. I recommend ordering the optional metal clips, especially if you live in a windy place. A sack of 4 clips will hold 2 flags. -

I just received the flag pole today in the description it said it came with a free american flag but it wasnt in the box.
Answer: I understand that the flag is rolled up inside one of the tube sections. Check inside the sections. -

Does the 20 ft pole have a 3" base?
Answer: Mine was 2" diameter pole with a PVC sleeve. Did not have a "base". I set the PVC sleeve in concrete. Hope that helps. -

Answer: Yes and very simple to do -

Are the flags able to be flown at half staff?
Answer: If it has a rope you can fly at half staff . If pole has no rope you can not fly at half staff. -
