HOTEC 3.5mm Male to 1/4 TS Female Audio Adapter Cable (TS to TRS and TS to TRRS, 2 Piece Pack)
The Hotec 3.5mm Male to 1/4" TS female audio adapter cable set comes in a 2-piece pack. One piece is TS to TRS and the other is TS to TRRS. The adapters are designed to connect audio devices of different interfaces. The cables are relatively affordable and seem to do the job as advertised. However, based on the reviews, it is not clear whether the TS to TRRS adapter is OMTP or CTIA. Some customers have reported that the TS to TRS adapter did not work for them, and after checking with a multi-meter, it appears that the 1/4 inch side of both adapters is pulling its ground signal from where the R is on a TRS jack, not using the safer position. However, for those who ordered the correct adapter, they found it to be very useful in making connections and allowing them flexibility in using Hotec wireless receivers on their cameras.
