Titebond Wood Glue Editorial Review
The Titebond 9 Oz. TiteGrab Plus Construction Adhesive has garnered a mixed but predominantly positive reception from users, positioning itself as a robust alternative for various Construction and DIY projects. Customers have frequently noted its superior performance compared to other adhesives, particularly praising its ability to adhere immediately upon contact without the risk of sliding, a common issue experienced with other products such as Liquid Nails. Consumers emphasized the convenience of its stated 5-minute working time, providing ample opportunity to adjust and level boards before set time. The adhesive's strong bond is frequently highlighted, with users expressing satisfaction in projects where previous attempts with other products proved unsuccessful. A notable mention is its efficacy on vertical surfaces, where traditional adhesives often fail. However, challenges have emerged regarding the thickness of the adhesive, which some users found difficult to dispense and apply evenly. There are complaints about the adhesive's performance on smooth surfaces and issues with the product becoming unmanageable when attempting removal or when the adhesive hardens within the tube. Users have reported difficulties when trying to apply the adhesive using standard caulk guns, leading to frustrating application experiences. Overall, while many customers celebrate Titegrab's strong bonding capabilities and effectiveness for demanding tasks, others caution potential buyers about its handling and application quirks. **
