The SJ@JX Arcade Game Controller is a versatile USB encoder board with LED microswitch buttons and an analog joystick flying stick. It is compatible with Nintendo Switch, PC, PS3, Retropie, and Raspberry Pi. The board has clear pinouts marked on the back, making it easy to connect the buttons and joystick. It uses x-input for PC, ensuring smooth gameplay. However, some users have reported a large dead zone in the analog joystick, which cannot be changed. This may be disappointing for those looking to connect potentiometers. The axis rotation works like the Switch thumbsticks. The hole for the joystick is 24mm, not 28mm. There is no software to change the name of the joystick for different configurations in Windows, but Windows can recognize the encoder. Despite not being labeled as zero delay, users have not noticed any difference compared to other boards. Unfortunately, it is not possible to install a spinner or rotary control like a MAME arcade stick. If users experience issues with the joysticks constantly scrolling up on a Nintendo Switch, it is recommended to contact customer service.
