Answer: I don't consider the noise loud, but the buttons do emit an audible sound when pressed. However, the instructions indicate that you can turn the button noise off. -

Answer: No, it is not fireproof. -

Answer: The pre-drilled holes are located where the shelving is positioned on the left and right side of the safe. -

Is the unlocking mechanism motorized or do you manually turn the knob?
Answer: The unlocking mechanism is manual. You need to turn the knob manually. -

Lost keys and never set up key code. How can I get in?
Answer: If you never set the key code, it should still be set to the factory code. Try using the default code 1234. You can also refer to the user manual, which can be found on the internet. -

Does the 1.2 cubic foot safe come with an interior shelf, and if so, is the shelf removable?
Answer: No, the safe does not come with an interior shelf. -

I purchased this safe in December 2020. I lost my keys and don't know the code that came with it. Can you provide the code for me to get into the safe?
Answer: If you had your own code set, I wouldn't know what it is. However, I believe the code that came with it was 1234.
