Nutritionist's Take
FARMASi Dr. C. Tuna Pferde Horse Chestnut Balsam contains horse chestnut extract, which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to improve circulation. This product is designed to aid in post-workout recovery and muscle relaxation, making it appealing for athletes and active individuals. The inclusion of menthol provides a refreshing sensation and may alleviate discomfort in sore muscles. However, consumers should note that while the product contains beneficial ingredients, it is primarily a topical application and does not provide nutritional benefits like vitamins or minerals. Potential drawbacks include the risk of skin irritation in those sensitive to menthol or other components. It's suitable for various skin types, but those with specific dermatological conditions should consult a healthcare provider. Overall, it can be a good choice for muscle recovery, but it's not a substitute for proper nutrition.
