TAROT Quadcopters & Multirotors Editorial Review
The Tarot FY690S 6 Axle Full 3K Carbon Fiber Aircraft Frame Folding Hexacopter is a DIY drone frame that offers a great flying experience once it is assembled correctly. However, the instructions are difficult to follow, making it necessary to rely on YouTube videos for guidance. One customer noted that they purchased two of these frames, and while the first one was excellent, the second one had a twist in one of the arms that couldn't be adjusted. This suggests that there might be inConsistencies in the manufacturing quality. It is important to note that this product only includes the frame, and customers will need to purchase additional components such as motors and electronics separately. The recommended props for this frame are 13.5 inches. Some customers have mentioned that the frame can carry a maximum weight of approximately 50 lbs (22.7 kg), but the actual weight capacity would depend on the motors and props used. It is also recommended to use larger motors for better performance. In summary, the Tarot FY690S 6 Axle Full 3K Carbon Fiber Aircraft Frame Folding Hexacopter offers a robust and durable frame for DIY drone enthusiasts. However, the poor instructions and potential manufacturing inConsistencies may make assembly challenging for some users.
