Nutritionist's Take
Xikar PG Propylene Glycol Solution is primarily used for maintaining humidity levels in cigar humidors, rather than being a nutritional product intended for dietary consumption. Propylene glycol is recognized as generally safe for use in various applications, however, it is not meant for ingestion, so it holds no nutritional benefits and is unsuitable for any dietary needs. The solution's primary role is to regulate humidity, but the long-term health effects of inhalation from cigars remain a concern, as they can contribute to respiratory issues and other health risks. Therefore, while the product may serve its purpose in cigar maintenance, it does not provide any health benefits and should be handled carefully, as it does not align with healthy lifestyle choices.
