Markwort Batting Trainers Editorial Review
The Markwort Weighted 12-Inch Softballs with a leather cover have a slick texture and flat seams, but some customers found the ball to feel cheap. The weight of the ball was also a concern for some customers, with one requesting an exchange for a 9-ounce ball. The leather covering was slippery and made it difficult to grip the ball, especially with the lighter weight. One customer was disappointed that the ball was the same weight as a normal 12-inch softball. However, others found the ball to be effective in building spin and wrist strength. Overall, the ball is made well and has good overall quality, but some customers felt it was not weighted enough.
