Matagot Board Games MATSINI2 Editorial Review
The Inis Seasons of Inis Board Game Expansion adds more features to the original Inis game, making it more intricate and strategic. The expansion includes various modules that can be added in pieces or as a whole. The "We Need a King" feature adds a new winning condition in case of a tie, making the final turns complete chaos. The "Seasons of Inis" module adds seasons to the game which affects the gameplay slightly and may be more appealing to hardcore players. The "Sea Travels" module allows sea travels, islands and harbors to the game which open up more strategic ways to win. The more cards module simply adds more cards to the game. The 5th player module, however, receives low ratings and is not highly recommended. Some customers note that the artwork is beautiful, but may appear misaligned or cut off from perforation, and some new components may not match the original game pieces.
