Format: Paperback Editorial Review
The "Position Pieces for Cello" book is a helpful tool for cello players who want to improve their fingerboard mastery skills. The book contains little patterns and tone pieces to help with shifting to higher positioned notes while maintaining correct intonation. The beginner book has a non-cramped print and easily understandable organization. The note name worksheets for each position make it easy to learn proper intonation from the start. The level of the book is good for students who have been playing for approximately one to two years. However, some customers found issues with the digital format of the book, with the title to each part being at the bottom of the previous page.
