The Copper Chef pan is advertised with a Cerami-Tech non-stick coating which is supposed to be durable enough. However, as per customer feedback, it's not as non-stick as advertised. When asked if the pan is safe to use, the seller is unable to confirm it. The pan is made out of aluminum and has a copper-colored high heat coating (not real copper). The coating claims it can withstand over 600-degree temperatures. The pan is 2-inches deep and suitable for most purposes. The pan, with its stainless-steel bottom, is suitable for flat cooktops and induction cooking. It also has oven-safe Cerami-Tech non-stick coating which can take up to 800 degrees of heat.
