CELESTION Speakers T5472/D Editorial Review
For those looking for a vintage tone on their Marshall DSL40C with a Gibson ES 335, the Celestion Gold guitar speaker is a great option. This speaker, rated at 15 ohms, is recommended due to its modern higher power capabilities. It can also work in a Marshall DSL40 16 ohm amp, as its 1 ohm difference will not cause any harm. Customer reviews of the Celestion Gold guitar speaker are overwhelmingly positive, with many describing it as the best and their favorite guitar speaker. They praise its incredible sound, creaminess, and richness, and note that it sounds broken-in right out of the box. One reviewer even put it in two amps because they couldn't bear not having it in both.
