StarTech.com Racks & Cabinets Editorial Review
The StarTech.com 12U 19" Wall Mount Network Cabinet is a high-quality, durable product that meets users' needs for home use or professional installations. The cabinet comes in a 16" deep hinged locking data rack with a vented computer equipment data rack with shelf and flexible side panels that offer flexibility and easy access to equipment in tight spaces. The PDU is also of high quality, and the user can add fans and patch panels to suit their needs. Some users complained about the shipping and packing, with a few cases of damaged products on arrival, but overall, the build quality of the cabinet is impressive, with excellent welds, tolerances, and thick steel. The hinged opening at the back is a game-changer, making it easy to work on equipment in the rack. The cabinet is easy to install, with four lag bolts into studs holding things strongly in place.
