Injen Technology Ram Air Kit SP3071P Editorial Review
The Injen SP3071P Polished Cold Air Intake has garnered a positive reception from customers who have praised its fitment, ease of installation, and performance. Users highlighted the straightforward installation process, noting that the setup fits perfectly in place and comes with comprehensive instructions. Many found the sound enhancement appealing, particularly at wide-open throttle (WOT), though the increase in noise is not overwhelming. However, some users pointed out minor challenges they encountered, particularly regarding the MAF sensor, which has security torque screws requiring a specific tool, and the positioning of the MAF that demands attention for proper orientation. Additionally, the design of the air directing box includes some hard-to-reach areas for securing screws, suggesting the need for specialized tools to navigate these spots effectively. Despite these slight inconveniences, the overall sentiment is that the Injen intake system provides good performance for its price, offering nominal horsepower gains typical of intake systems. Users recommend it, particularly for those looking to enhance both sound and aesthetics under the hood of their vehicles. **
