Answer: It's really meant for adhesive and no grout, but in a pinch I think it would be fine.
Underwater Magic Tile Grout Editorial Review
The Horizon Sealant Underwater Magic Mosaic is a good adhesive for sticking pool tiles, replacing loose pool tiles and sealing leaks between pool surfaces. It can be used on various surfaces such as fiberglass pools, and multiple users have found it to be effective. However, the sealant can be challenging to apply as it is thick and requires significant pressure to be squeezed out of the tube. Additionally, it is sticky even underwater so it is crucial to have disposable gloves and paper towels nearby to clean up any excess sealant. Some users have reported receiving dried or misshapen tubes, and the product did not come with any directions. Furthermore, one user mentioned having trouble with the sealant staying flexible when used on an uneven surface.
