mez Sewing 26521 Editorial Review
The Coats Thread & Zippers Dual Duty Plus Hand Quilting Thread has garnered mixed feedback from customers, highlighting both usability and value concerns. While some users have appreciated the thread's performance for sewing purposes—especially for costume-making where it exhibits strength and a pleasing color—others have encountered significant issues with the quality of the thread. A common complaint revolves around the presence of Consistent slubs throughout the spool, leading to wasted material as users have to cut off unusable sections. Furthermore, there is evident frustration regarding the product's pricing structure, with users expressing disappointment over receiving a single spool when they anticipated a two-pack, especially given the cost. This has led to feelings of being misled regarding value, particularly when they perceive the single spool should be priced lower. In summary, while the Coats Thread & Zippers Dual Duty Plus does seem to perform well for certain sewing applications, quality control, value perception, and clarity in product listings appear to be significant areas for improvement. **
