Rated at 9 GPM, the VH200 delivers certified UV disinfection throughout your entire home, effectively eliminating harmful microorganisms including E. coli, Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and Fecal Coliform by deactivating their DNA at a controlled rate without adding chemicals or altering your water's taste, odor, or pH.The VH200 is built around VIQUA's proprietary Sterilume-HO high-output UV lamp technology, which delivers the same UV disinfection performance as a standard output lamp in a significantly more compact chamber footprint making the VH200 one of the most space-efficient whole-house UV systems available at this flow rate. The durable 304 stainless steel chamber is engineered to withstand variable temperatures, pressures, and pH levels for years of reliable operation, while VIQUA's exclusive Safety-Loc connector with mechanical interlock ensures power is automatically disconnected before the UV lamp can be removed protecting both the installer and the system during routine annual maintenance.The Cobalt Light series BA-ICE-CL controller features a large LCD display showing remaining lamp life in days and total controller run time, an audible lamp replacement reminder that alerts you when the annual lamp change is due, and an automatic alarm that triggers immediately if the lamp fails at any point ensuring your water supply is never left unprotected without warning. The universal voltage input automatically senses and adapts to line voltages between 100240V, 5060Hz, making the VH200 suitable for North American and international installations. An optional solenoid shut-off valve (sold separately) can be installed to automatically stop water flow if UV performance drops below safe treatment levels for an additional layer of protection.The VH200 features an S-shaped flow-through chamber design that provides additional installation flexibility the chamber can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and the combination 3 4 female NPT 1 male NPT inlet and outlet ports accommodate a wide range of residential plumbing configurations for straightforward installation.
