Nutritionist's Take
Zhou Screen Eyes Gummies are formulated with lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids known for their roles in promoting eye health and protecting against blue light damage. These ingredients are supported by research highlighting their potential to reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration. The gummies, made from vegetable-based ingredients, are suitable for a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarians. However, the sugar content and the form of the gummies may be a drawback for those monitoring their sugar intake. Additionally, while these supplements can aid in maintaining eye health, they should not replace a well-balanced diet rich in whole foods like fruits and vegetables. Overall, they can be a viable option for those looking to support their eye health, especially for individuals frequently exposed to screens.
