    Answer: Yes, the hand shower can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head.
  • Question: How do I clean the spray holes?

    Answer: The soft rubber Touch-Clean spray holes can be wiped clean to remove mineral residue.
  • Question: Does it conserve water?

    Answer: Yes, the pause setting helps conserve water and the WaterSense labeled design uses at least 20% less water than the industry standard.
  • Question: What is the water flow rate? Is there good pressure?

    Answer: Water flow doesn’t really depend on the water pressure entering your home. It depends on the fixture’s GPM (gallons per minute) rating. 1.8GPM is low flow, 2.0GPM is much nicer, and 2.5GPM is probably more than you need, but available by manufacturers.
  • Question: Is this only a shower head?

    Answer: Thank you for your question. This trim will include all of the items shown in the picture including the handle, escutcheon plate, shower arm, and flange. The R10000 Rough-In Valve is sold separately.
  • Question: Can the hand held hose be shortened?

    Answer: I think it has some restriction built in but I am satisfied with the pressur

    Answer: Yes! You can place your Delta Faucet hand shower into your newly added Delta Faucet slide bar! Please ensure the hand shower hose is long enough to reach the slide bar properly.
