Nutritionist's Take
The Eidon Ionic Minerals Immune Support Supplement offers a concentrated source of essential minerals like zinc and selenium, which are known for their roles in supporting immune function. Nutritionists appreciate the bioavailability of ionic minerals, as they are more easily absorbed by the body compared to traditional mineral supplements. However, potential drawbacks include the taste, which some consumers may find unpalatable, and the lack of a comprehensive list of additional ingredients that could enhance the supplement's efficacy. While it is free from preservatives, individuals with specific dietary restrictions should verify the source of the minerals. Overall, this product could be beneficial for those looking to supplement their mineral intake, particularly during cold and flu season, but it is not a substitute for a balanced diet and should be used in conjunction with whole foods.
