The Y-cut design allows for faster flow and fits perfectly with the Dr. Brown’s system or rings. These nipples do not fit other brand bottles due to their lack of ventilation. It is compatible with all the Dr. Brown's narrow nipple flows are compatible with the Dr. Brown's 4 oz. and 8 oz. narrow bottles including the level 3 shown in this post. The preemie version of this nipple has a smaller hole, and thus a slower flow, making it ideal for premature babies.
