Answer: Not sure about that accuracy of the weight and I do not possess a scale. But the knife is light and balanced compared to my old school wusthoff’s. -

It is known to have a comfortable grip, perfect for those with smaller hands. Although it needs to be sharpened frequently, it is quite sharp out of the box.
