It is simple and well-built, with a portable and compact design. However, it has a steep learning curve and not all users may find it beginner-friendly. A good grinder is required and cheap grinders will not work. The PRO 2 version of this product comes with a fully bottomless portafilter which can be used for tea but most users prefer the Flow-Control Portafilter found on the Flair NEO for tea brewing, as it generates pressure automatically. Though there have been some issues with the aluminum parts corroding over time, after dialing in the process, this machine can produce the best espresso, better than most coffee shops.
