Smooth-On, Inc. Molding & Casting Editorial Review
EcoflexTM 00-30 Super-Soft, Addition Cure Silicone Rubber, Pint Unit is an excellent choice for creating intricate molds with exceptional detail. Users have remarked on its ease of use, with a flexible and durable nature that allows it to be stretched significantly without compromising quality. The recommended mixing ratio is 1:1, and it has a generous working time of about 20 minutes, which is ideal for those who prefer a controlled pouring process. Despite some concerns about bubbles, many found that following proper mixing techniques minimized this issue. However, it may be beneficial to allow a longer curing time for optimal results. Overall, this silicone product has received positive feedback for its reliability and performance in crafting molds.
