However, customers have concerns about its scratch resistance, as it accumulated micro-scratches easily, clouding up the plastic over time. The bottle is leak-proof, but there is low resistance to an open cap. The size of the bottle is quite small compared to other mainstream water bottles, but it feels like enough. While the seller claims the bottle is scratch-resistant, many customers found this to be untrue. It is also not the easiest to clean, and the quality of the plastic used on the bottle is uneven.
